50 Days of Fitness (BeFit4Life)
This is a 50 day program.Whether your goal is weight loss, body mass reduction, cardiovascular improvement or overall health and fitness, this program will push you to the body you've been aiming for! These classes moves at a slower pace because we focus on technique. After the 50 days of fitness, the client must choose a monthly fitness plan. The monthly fitness plan is $99 adults that wanna keep the same fitness challenge times.
