Academic Facility
Base Rate   $85.00 an hour

Overnight Lock-Ins
(based on facility availability)
$1500.00 (up to 20 hours)
$250.00 Clean-up fee
 

*Time includes set-up and break down. $250.00 deposit required for all bookings. Deposit will be refunded the first part of the next month following event date if there are no damages to the facility and no monies are owed. Some events require professional security services.
